This early exposure ignited a passion for crafting exceptional beverage experiences, leading me to pursue opportunities in internationally acclaimed bars like PS40 and This Must Be The Place. I further refined my expertise as the regional Manager of Bars & Mixology at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, where I implemented innovative programs and elevated beverage standards across the hotel. My dedication and creativity culminated in my role as the Director of Bars & Beverage at the Rosewood Miramar, where I had the privilege of overseeing all beverage operations and curating unforgettable experiences for discerning guests. Today, I continue to push boundaries and set new standards in the industry, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to share my passion with the world.
